I’ve been listening to Dave’s Lounge 3 years(Wow! Has it really. Been that long?) Dave’s Lounge has been with me during so many different stages of my life and in so many locations. I started to listen when I moved out of province for the first time, from Cambridge Ontario to Edmonton Alberta, you kept me mellow when I would have otherwise gone loopy without my old friends, family and girlfriend. Dave’s Lounge followed me back to Ontario when I moved in with my girlfriend for the first time; and now Dave’s Lounge is pumping out of my iPhone headphones right now as I type this out looking out over the English Channel from my new home in Worthing, UK.

Firstly… Dave’s Lounge doesn’t rock at all… it grooves!

Secondly… at the beginning of this podcast there is a clip of dialog which sounds like it’s from a movie. The dialog is something about “the nod.” Does anyone know what this is from??

Congratulations from Brazil!

I am still here, I’ ve met Dave’s Lounge last year, and I already listenes to all past episodes, and keep coming for the new ones ….. And also find e-music here ….. still there listening to a lot of little treasures that I find here. Special place for Blind Divine, Conjure One, Cling, and so many special songs ….

About the things you told, I believe, all is connected. Sometimes we just got too long to realise that …

Again, congratulations ….. we will be always here waiting for the new episodes ….

congrats for the 4 yrs…
good to see you taking decaf now (ya i told u to ease on caffeine )
the line at the beggining is from what movie??? I thought it was point break with keanu reeves but I have it just in the tip of my tongue, man rid me of this doubt please D:= (i know the answer will be so obvious)
cuz of you now i cant hear anything thats not lounge, chill or ambient…
If i ever start a podcast I think Ill get lots of ideas from you

I’ve been listening Dave’s Lounge since episode #100. I think this is the greatest episodes. Thank you for this special mix and thank you for every mix you bring us every week.

For me, listening this special selection of music makes my moments easier. There is something in music that leaves a watermark in the moment you listen it and Dave’s Lounge have a special place in those moments in my mind.

Dave, thanks for 4 wonderfully chilled years.

Like the other posters I have been avidly, downloading the podcast every sunday, so i can listen to the chilled beats on my way to work on Monday.

Through the podcast, I’ve found artists like Delerium, Groovecatcher, and the wonderful Natalie Walker. Thank you

Wow man, 4 years of slick beats. I’ve been listening since show #3! I got tipped off from the coverville podcast. I have to say your dedication is really, really inspiring. A quality show every week.

How this hasn’t been picked up by NPR or something, I’ll never know. You don’t get this kind of quality on the airwaves.

I’ve been listening since at least episode #13 (I have that episode burned on a CD in my car). In four years I’ve sold a house, moved out of state, rented an apartment, bought a house, got a dog, and married my lovely wife. Four years is a long time indeed — and Dave’s Lounge has been there for me every week.

Thanks for the dedication and sharing all the great music. As long as your willing to podcast, I’ll be willing to listen.
